We do not sell your data. Any third-party processors are subject to data protection agreements.
How long we keep your data
Clinical records are kept for at least 7years after your last appointment (or longer if required for children or legal reasons), in line with healthcare retention guidelines. Other data is kept only as long as necessary.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Foot Clinic NI - Cancellation and Appointment Policy
Effective date: 27 March 2026
To ensure we can offer appointments to all patients efficiently, we operate the following policy:
• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you give us at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) with no notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
How to cancel or reschedule
• Use the cancellation/reschedule link in your Jane App confirmation email (recommended) note any monies will remain on your account in credit and if refund is wanted you MUST contact the clinic.

We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances we may use discretion, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments requiring full pre-payment or a review of your booking privileges.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 5minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it, and the standard cancellation policy may apply.
Refunds
Any refund due will be processed back to your original payment method via Jane App, usually within 5-7 working days.
